International sanctions - do we care about them?

Now every day in press we hear about sanctions, sanctions, sanctions. And it is so terrible what happens in Ukraine right now. But do we as startup owners act enough? Are we sure that our customers are not in sanction lists? I will launch my startup, which checks your customers against international sanction lists in ProductHunt this or next week. But before that would like to find out your opinion - do you care about sanctions?
