Introducing myself to the community!

I'm Tim and I am excited to be here. I'll keep my intro brief because I didn't initially seek out leadership or talent management. After I worked at a few capricious companies, I had to reflect on how I had ended up at companies where I couldn't even describe the vision. I've seen a pattern where companies try to get rich quick from investors or VC, but have no idea or vision what the problem actually is. I've also seen the same with executives who hop from idea to idea, when every idea takes a lot of work and understanding of the problem. Talent is part of why and that's how I got into talent management with leadership (product coming later this year). I write about some of these topics on a Substack leadership site and host a leadership lunch here in Dallas-Fort Worth. One of the many reasons why I look forward to being here is helping connect some of my regular attendees to the right teams and solutions that my be launched here.
