Is AI becoming a fad term?

Every day, I'm seeing 'AI' software placing in the top slots. With the recent breakthroughs in AI, there's of course going to be an uptick in startups that emerge as a result - but I'm wondering if AI is getting reduced to a marketing-level term.
Keen to hear everyone's thoughts! I'm even seeing large companies AI-washing things. I hope AI doesn't become the next 'Blockchain'!

I feel the same way. I'm tired of the term "AI", and most of the apps are just GPTs with different skins. And I believe its going to be the same for at least a decade.
