Is anyone using ChatGPT's memory feature?

The memory feature has been around since Feb 2023. I've been using ChatGPT daily, and it has already captured a lot of my memories, both work and life related. From a product perspective, I feel a lot of values can be unlocked from there. Wondering how's everyone finding it? Do you find it accurate? How are you using them?

Yes, it remembers context about my preferences and past conversations, so I don’t have to repeat myself.

To be honest I did not see it improve my workflow with ChatGPT much. Maybe it remembers that I mostly write in python and automatically gives python code when asked for code, but nothing more than that.
