Is Culture Fit very underrated for hiring in companies

No. It's totally overrated. There is no such thing as "culture fit." 🤔 Imagine a sales team within a company ... it's going to be different from the accounting team. And, in fact, the sales team in one location is going to be different from one in another location ... so if you're hiring an engineer for cultural fit into this company, what's the candidate supposed to be fitting into?
