Is it wise to spend all revenue on ads? For an app business

I am an individual developer and built an app with a freemium model. It has some good traction, and my ads are mostly breaking even, with a bit profit (estimate 20% ROI)

Is it a good bet to go all-in on ads?

My personal view is that if the ROI makes sense, 80% of the budget should be allocated to ads, while the remaining 20% should be used to explore and test new advertising channels. This is because the ROI of any advertising channel is not constant.
