Is LinkedIn required to be a successful founder?

I have no LinkedIn and I worry that it will hinder my company, but I also have no interest in spending time building out my profile. Thoughts from other founders?

Absolutely not. In fact, I can think that it can be a distraction. I have much more examples of the opposite.

I would say it's not essential, but it really makes an effect on closing deals and making professional relationships that may be useful in your future, so I would recommend creating and updating a profile.
I think no. Itβs all about your priorities and business stratagies. The same as other social media, for some - they work perfect, for others - just waste of time.
Yes and you can use this to elevate your brand as a successful leader

π While having a strong presence on LinkedIn can certainly be beneficial for a founder, it's not the only path to success β there are plenty of other avenues to explore and strategies to implement that can lead to entrepreneurial triumphs! ππͺ

No. It's quite nice for exposure and interesting conversations, but don't waste your time there if you truly don't want to.
I think having a LinkedIn profile is super beneficial, just so people can look you up and see that you are a legit person...
But I don't necessarily think you need to be super active on LinkedIn on a daily basis.
A lot of Founders don't have time for engaging on social media, and LinkedIn is that as much as we try and pretend like it isn't... it's a social media platform.
