I'm curious, what frustrates you most about online meetings? Do you feel current tools are enough, or are we missing something? I'm thinking about how AI and asynchronous communication could shake things up. Imagine shorter, more focused meetings with AI giving us the highlights. What's your take on this? Would love to hear your ideas, frustrations, and dream features for the ultimate remote collaboration tool

Certainly! Enhance remote meetings by: 1. Using collaborative tools like Miro or Trello. 2. Encouraging interactive discussions. 3. Keeping meetings concise and purposeful. 4. Incorporating video for a more engaging experience. 5. Scheduling breaks for longer meetings.

Interesting discussion! The biggest issue with remote meetings is often the 'Zoom fatigue' and the disconnect felt by participants. I believe the future lies in more asynchronous communication methods, allowing team members to contribute at their own pace. AI could play a role in aggregating these contributions and highlighting key points, facilitating a more flexible and inclusive meeting format. Also, virtual reality could be the next big thing, creating a more immersive meeting experience. How do you envision AI and VR transforming remote meetings?

@barryzheng568 your comments are very close what we are thinking and even building at Huudle.io ! you will have Huudle in very soon time to try if you get what you are describing here. We already are strongly centering AI for transforming meetings with Huudle as per your question. But not sure about VR as it is also about hardware development.

If there was a secure AI that would listen to our meetings and send a follow-up to everyone who participated with the keypoints, we would use that :)
