Issue when trying to launch

Has anyone ever dealt with the issue when trying to schedule the launch? After I choose the launch date it shows the error: is invalid. Contacted support but them seen useless:(

These may help fixing it: - Try same steps using PH mobile app - Try different browsers - Do browser's "Empty cache and Hard Reload" - Use VPN (for potential JS CDN issues) - Create new user account or approach another hunter to launch

I had the same error: "is invalid" when choosing a launch date. Opened a new tab with each section so I could copy the information later, then deleted the product under "My Products", and clicked on "Submit" again to create a new product listing that I was then able to schedule.

Wow, that sounds like a fun little tech glitch! Nothing like hitting a roadblock right before a launch. Maybe their support team could use "Her Ideal Match" to figure out what users really need. Hang in there!

I had the same issue. Turns out there was a conflict with another scheduled task. Double check your task scheduler settings and disable any potentially conflicting tasks before launching. That fixed it for me. Hope this helps!
