There are steps you can take to improve your mental health everyday. Small things like exercising, eating a balanced and healthy meals, opening up to other people in your life, taking a break when you need to, remembering something you are grateful for and getting a good night’s sleep, can be helpful in boosting your mental health.

that's very true. Nowadays it's really important to take care of our mental health more than anything else.
It is vital to take care of mental health because our mental health encompasses our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. It impacts how we feel, think and behave every day. Our mental health also contributes to our decision-making process, how we cope with stress and how we relate to others in our lives.

I completely agree with you @gurpinder_singh that mental health is very important and comes above everything, but the stigma stick around really don't make people to talk about it so often and openly, therefore I am trying to build up something related to mental wellness and removing the stigma.

Thanks for sharing your mental health tips. It is undeniable that when someone talks about their mental health, people will judge them. But, at all costs, we should take care of our mental health. We have a counseling centre in Australia and our vision is to empower people with a positive vision and direction for their future. Thanks! https://www.visioncounselling.co...

I agree! As an entrepreneur, I struggle. I don't sleep enough, and I don't pull away from my screen enough. I often feel exhausted. People told me to meditate, but that was HARD. Instead, I use sixty-second breathing activities, and that helps. I use a specific breath to help me recharge when feeling fatigued. It's something the Navy SEALs are taught for when they are overwhelmed. (1) Breathe in through your nose for four seconds, (2) hold your breath for four seconds, (3) breathe out through your mouth slowly for four seconds, and (4) hold your breath for four seconds. Repeat. Set a timer for 60 seconds and give it a try next time your nervous system is fried
