Knowing what she might like, I began my search for appropriate toys.
In one of the stores, all the toys were available to touch. The salesperson gave excellent advice and recommended toys that are bought for children with autism.
In addition to gifts for my niece, I bought a toy for my six year old daughter as well.
It was a private store and the owner herself worked there. To top it all off, she gave me a discount and a nice gift bag.
Do you think I would go back to this store next time for a toy?
My answer is 100% yes.
When making any purchase for me it always matters how the salesperson treats me.
A personalized approach is what builds customer loyalty and increases a seller's revenue.
