There is a balance between providing an MVP (minimum viable product) for potential customers vs keep adding new features thinking that it would get you more customers in the future. which approach would your prioritize?

Adding product features without being requested and without real feedback, is pretty much a waste of time and money. You don't find ideal customers, they find you, because those are the ones that are the most enthusiastic about your product, even if the product is in its early stages. I would add features that are critical for the product, and let other features be requested.

@chris_sarca well said. Sometimes the excitement of getting early new subscribers can have an impact on how your product should be, it could be a bit of a challenge to maintain the balance and especially in easily stages.

I'm actually dealing with this problem right now! I'm not sure if our product is good enough to attract customers or if I'm not spending enough time on user acquisition. Something that makes this problem a bit more complex is finding the wrong customers can divert the product in a completely different direction which may divert from the main user personas

@amir_bio exactly! It is an interesting stage for sure, shall I add more features to satisfy the current subscribers or shall I focus on my original idea and keep trying to find the ideal customer. The more data we collect from customers the better decision will be made in that regards.
