Hi Nathan, I haven’t launched yet, but I’ve done lots of research for team’s upcoming launch next year. One key tip I’d like to share is to ensure your communication channels are well-prepared in advance. Share your launch link across social media and send a final reminder to your email list. I'd agree with having all your communication channels ready. A few other quick tips:
1. Double check your onboarding flow and payment processing.
2. Have a plan ready for handling common support questions.
3. Prep some social proof (testimonials, case studies, etc) to build credibility.
4. Line up some initial users/customers if you can for quick traction.

Just launched yesterday and got featured, nice! For last minute tips, I'd say focus hard on responding to all comments and questions on PH, and also start posting on relevant subreddits, FB groups, and forums to drive more targeted traffic. The first few days are key to keep that momentum and rise up the charts. Good luck!
