Lessons I learned from previous Product Hunt launch 🚀

Check out these tips from my own experiences. Let me know your own tips & tricks.Â
🎯 Be well-prepared: Be aware of what you are going to do through 3 stages: Pre-launch, Launching and Days after launching. My team will prepare a calendar, a launching checklist and content list for both Discussions and Pitch Stories. All materials need to be ready before posting the first discussion.
🎯 Content Direction: Product Hunt is kinda different from other marketplaces. The content topics need to be authentic and unique, that can engage with the whole community.
🎯 Leverage your network: Engage with the community on Product Hunt and across various channels before the launch to leverage your network to gather support and feedback. Don't wait until the launch day to announce your product. Engage with your email subscribers, social media followers, and industry influencers by sending teasers and sneak peeks prior to the launch. This generates buzz and increases the chances of securing initial upvotes and engagement.
🎯 Launch Time: Choose peak hours of Product Hunt
🎯 Engage actively during launch: Show gratitude for upvotes and create a dialogue that encourages users to explore your product further.
🎯 Take it easy: View your Product Hunt launch as a learning experience. Analyze the feedback, engagement, and metrics gathered during the campaign, and use them to fine-tune your product and marketing strategy for future launches.

Good tips there Giang! Community interaction is very important.. ProductHunt is all about community, and of course your product has to be new and interesting.

@nirnimes Creating discussions and engaging with the community by replying to their discussions would be a way to build your own connections. I also recommend everyone to utilize their social media platforms to spread the word with others. There's a lot of places to build connection like forums. No rush cause it's just a matter of time.

It's great to hear that you've had previous experience with Product Hunt launches. Launching on Product Hunt can be a fantastic learning experience for any startup or app! At ProApp, we've also learned valuable lessons from our past launches that have helped us improve and grow.
By the way, since you're interested in Product Hunt launches and learning, you might want to check out ProApp's latest launch on Product Hunt today! We believe it's an excellent resource for anyone looking to learn design skills. You can find more about it here: (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)
Entirely agree with you on providing feedback and interaction throughout multiple posts and launches on Product Hunt.
Up to this day, according to my proactiveness during our last launch, I still occasionally receive connection requests for support and conversation on Linkedin through Product Hunt.
And by keeping a good relationship with them, we can really build a community to support each other.

Do you really think choosing peak hours is appropriate since there will be a lot of competitors?
WriterZen
@tra_dao Indeed you have to compete with a range of products, but peak hours will help your product gain more attention from the community. If your product and launching plan are both ready, it doesn't matter if it's normal or peak hours. That's why we all need to be well-prepared for the whole project, including before and after launching.
