I’ve been pretty active here on Product Hunt - I guess you can tell by the streak.
Since we’re all here, why now get to know each other?

Hey folks! I'm marketing specialist from Ukraine, now based in Poland. I started actively using Product Hunt as a part of the launch strategy for my clients half a year ago and it appeared to be so addicitve. I'm here to support founders and find out great new products. Let's connect!
@kate_ramakaieva hey Kate! It’s nice to meet you! You’re absolutely right - Product Hunt is quite addictive 😅 this gamified app pulls us in and doesn’t let go.
It has its advantages, not gonna lie. You can always find a supportive community here, and get some early traction for your products

Hi Claudiu.
I see that you're launching soon. Wishing you all the best.
I'm building an assistant app for Product Hunt that will make using Product Hunt more fun, including some cool analytics :)
@jgani hey Jonni! It’s good to meet you! Thank you for your support ❤️
Your product seems really interesting. It looks like can save a lot of time for anyone looking to connect and expand their network.
To keep the conversation going, what’s the biggest problem your product solves, and what’s the biggest problem you’re facing right now?

@claudiu_cogalniceanu The big audacious goal is to help founders acquire users pre- and post-launch (solve distribution), but the small, immediate goal right now is just to help founders gather more support on PH.
The biggest problem that I'm facing is that my account is likely flagged by PH as "spam".
Many people I speak to are interested in what I'm building, but I haven't been able to share it here on PH effectively because PH keeps blocking my content: my launch was hidden from the homepage, many of my Discussions are hidden, and I can't share links.
I'm making a product to improve PH, but PH won't let its users see my product!
What inspired you to build Sentrya?
@jgani pff..that’s a tricky one. I can see from PH’s eyes, that your product is similar to those “selling” upvotes. PH is quite strict when it comes to this, so I guess it makes sense. Is there a way to personalise the whole process? Instead of blindly connecting with others in search for launch support (upvotes), to help founders connect with their target audience?
About Sentrya - I had my inbox filled with spam for over 15 years. And while gmail does a decent job filtering spam, you still get false positives, spam coming into the inbox, legit emails going to spam and so on. So I found a way to solve this problem and I’m helping others get rid of spam

I'm Paulina, a Product Marketing Manager at Survicate, from Poland and happy to build a supportive community here :) let's connect!
@paulinahryniewicz Hey Paulina! Nice to meet you! Usually in these types of communities, everyone focused on the bright side, but I want to try something different - tell us, what’s the biggest problem you’re facing right now?
Survicate
@claudiu_cogalniceanu Hey, hey! :) Ugh, the biggest problem at the moment is probably juggling preparations for the launch with being active on Product Hunt, getting followers for Survicate and rallying the team. :) But I'm hopeful!
@paulinahryniewicz yeah, that’s a lot of juggling. Launch day is gonna be a “all hands on deck” type of day, so getting the team ready, i’m sure it’s top of the list.
One thing I would advise - don’t forget to take a break. I constantly remind myself of this. We don’t have to give 100% every single day. It’s ok to relax once in a while, focus on something else entirely, then come back with the batteries charged.
Also, don’t forget to add your launch link here - extra supporters never hurt :)

Hey! I’m Maurizio and I’m building an AI phone agent that automates customer service. I’ll be launching on May 8th, and you can support me by clicking on the Launching Soon banner next to my name😇
@maurizioisendoorn good to meet you Maurizio! Sounds like you have a really cool tool! What’s the biggest problem your solution solves?
Ringly.io
@claudiu_cogalniceanu The biggest problem is that good customer service costs a ton of time/money/energy, but know you can use the AI phone agent as the ‘gatekeeper’ that answers 80-90% of all questions, and now people only need to manage 10-20% of the customer queries.
@maurizioisendoorn that’s so true - good customer service is really expensive.
I worked at a company that provided customer service services for companies in UK (including government agencies), and the amount of money these companies paid for these services was eye watering.
Motiff
Absolutely, Claudiu! It's fantastic to see your enthusiasm for community building, and I'm eager to learn more about your interests and experiences.
@ryan_motiff hey Ryan! It’s good to meet you! I switched gears a bit with this post (usually people use these to “brag”😅) - can you share the biggest problem you’re facing right now?
Hey Claudiu, thanks for making this post, looking forward to meeting you and many more entrepreneurs here. i completely relate to your story of finding udemy; there's so many insanely valuable resources on that website :)
My name is Yuki, and as someone who used to make youtube videos i always found the editing process super painful. Working on removing the time consuming, low value add, tedious parts of the video editing process.
@yukioyama nice to meet you, Yuki! Yeah, that Udemy is a treasure trove of information.
I dabbled a bit with YouTube videos, both long and short videos, and I can definitely attest to the fact that editing videos is a pain in the a*s. I actually saw someone complaining about this a few days ago, so I’ll definitely point them in your direction next time.
I started going a bit off script with this post, and I have one question for you - what’s the biggest problem you’re facing right now?
@claudiu_cogalniceanu biggest problem i'm facing now as a founder is distribution for sure! but planning to do a beta launch next week and iterate on the product, hopefully can start bringing in new customers via referrals. eventually need to find a distribution channel that clicks - would love to get your advice!
@yukioyama I get it - distribution is quite a big challenge. Here’s what I would do to get some early traction and feedback - choose a niche (start small), and look for content creators (see those with at least 1000-2000 followers, as they may be able to afford your solution), take their long form videos and transform them into shorts (or vice versa, shorts to long form), and give it to them for free highlighting how long it took you to create those with your solution. They can use your edited videos for free in exchange for a review and feedback.
