It's great to hear that you're considering the market strategy for your product. Whether you're aiming to build a global player or become a local leader, it's essential to understand your target market and their specific needs. Both approaches have their advantages, so it really depends on your product and resources.
If you're targeting a specific local market, you can focus on building strong relationships with customers and gaining a deep understanding of their preferences. On the other hand, going global opens up opportunities for reaching a larger audience and scaling your business.
I'd love to learn more about your product and the market you're considering. Feel free to share more details, and we can brainstorm some strategies together.

That's a great question! When it comes to targeting markets, it really depends on the nature of the product and the resources available. Are you planning to build a global player or maybe a local leader? Let's discuss the potential and opportunities in both scenarios.
Looking forward to hearing more about your product and your vision for its market reach.
local first. regional. then global

Hey Alex, for me its global
We're starting out on the local market - mostly because there's a shipping component to the app, so it makes it difficult to deal with product deliveries on an international scale when starting out!
Always global, gets more sales :)
