Hi everyone, I am Lonnie McRorey, the Co-Founder and CEO of Framework Science, Cognitive AI, and TeamStation.Dev. I have over 20+ years of experience building successful products, and my passion for this work continues to grow. One of our most significant accomplishments is creating the TeamStation AI platform, revolutionizing human capacity alignment, and creating proprietary AI modeling based on Cognitive behaviors and heuristics. We have built a proprietary SaaS platform over 30 U.S. technology companies use to develop, manage, scale, and pay software teams across Latin America. This platform leverages AI technology to deconstruct traditional job descriptions and resumes and focuses on human capacity patterns derived from over 9,000+ live technical interviews (Heuristic research) Using TeamStation, companies can now predict if they have hired the right person, which is a game-changer for the industry. I am also proud of our work on the Nearshore Staff Augmentation SaaS Platform, which enables technology companies to build, manage, scale, and pay software teams across Latin America. This is an exciting and innovative solution to the problem of managing remote teams. Our platform allows companies to tap into the talent pool of Latin America and build high-performance teams aligned with their business goals.
