After yet another Zoom call and a Google Hangout where people cannot talk over each other without audio distortion I accidentally bumped up into our last years stream on twitch with 9 (NINE) people talking over each other and it is fine: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/856304731?t=0h53m23s <-- that's a particularly intense moment of Among Us game to demo what I mean. Upon streaming I did some equalization and VST effects in OBS, but it is mostly Discord that does the magic with audio. It just puzzles me if Discord can have nice audio, why cannot Zoom... Good audio is critical to remote work and efficient collaboration. And mute/unmute is just a tedious workaround. No?
