Lost 117-Day Streak Due to Minor Delay

Losing my 117-day streak just because I was a few hours late. Is there any way the PH team could assist in resetting it from the backend? Does anyone know whom I could reach out to for help?

I lost my 100+ day streak twice. Once my mobile app was logged out and I didn't notice. The second time I was late too.

@david_sipos I totally get where you're coming from. While some might see it just as a number, for me, that streak was a personal achievement.

@shitalgohil yeah me too and after an app mistake I contacted support but I didn’t get back. But here I am on my way to reach 100+ 3rd time
