Managing several social media accounts (ex. tools/tips)

Hi! I'm looking at ways to improve our marketing across Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn. It's been a little challenging to generate content for each medium since it requires a different voice and feel. Curious if people have tools/tips on how they have streamlined this process so they can be consistent in managing the different communities across these apps.
