mastering notion for product mgmt./dvmt. with product mgmt. tactics

i saw a tutorial by red gregory that gave me the idea to treat setting up my notion as would a product or ui/ux designer (i know these roles aren't exactly synonymous--they overlap). https://youtu.be/jw61C9Uym6c?si=jkAT7UXnsBSlQwCX i have to create wireframes for the dashboards i need set up, but it doesn't stop there: i have to use their dependencies and process maps to visualize the flow of information between blocks and integrated apps. https://youtu.be/-XV1JBfhgWo?si=kJHhyJlOvjpPpMMd let's complicate this by adding in the analog tools that i use first and copy data over from. am i I'm over my head and doing the work off an entire department just to build a "second brain" (personal knowledge management, pkm) system? p.s. some of this translates into other project work i need to do so go easy on me 🙏🙂
