Mental Health App in the Middle East

I am not sure if this is place to ask but I have an idea for a market place bringing mental health resources together to make it more accessible to customers in the middle east. I am looking for a technical co-founder who can help poke holes in my business idea and think more about pricing strategy and revenue generation. I am not a technical person at all so feeling lost about how I can put my ideas to test.
