@ruban_indie_maker I guess instead of "Get started free", turn the CTA to "Book a demo". The product seems to be a lot of things to be a DIY product. So try a A/B test to see if you can make the onboarding/checking out the product - process more friendly by handholding anyone who checks it out. Also another point here is that there are a lot of big competitors in each of these spaces that you have mentioned: • AI HelpDesk • KnowledgeBase Portals • Feature Requests • Bug Reports • Changelogs • Email Drip Campaigns • Product Tours • Checklists • NPS • CSAT • and everything you need My advice would be to try unbundling these and first try targeting a specific usecase and target customer. Might help you grow it better by knowing who is actually using it, or else its always going to be a confusing product that has everything but serves no one. Looks like you are indiehacking it, take some help on the marketing end man - try to delegate a few things so that you can get more perspective. Would love to have a deeper conversation on what things you can do and how you can go about it.

Definitely utilize content marketing - produce high-quality blog posts, guides, case studies etc to attract organic traffic and build authority. Invest in SEO to rank for relevant keywords. Offer a generous free trial or freemium plan to get users hooked. Partner with complementary tools for co-marketing. Focus obsessively on activation metrics and reducing churn. Consider a referral program to turn customers into acquisition channels. Master cold email outreach to target ideal customers. Sponsor relevant newsletters, podcasts, events to get in front of your audience. Experiment with personalized demos/onboarding to improve conversion rates.
