A time management tip for me is: Never take more than 2 minutes to read a message. If it takes more than 2 minutes to understand what a message is about, then respond to the message quickly, asking the sender to clarify the issue in a few sentences. As soon as you know what the issue is, take action and do it. Don’t waste any time on text exchanges it doesn’t make sense to waste time on tiny chats.

Looking at my to-do list and instantly feeling overwhelmed... My solution is extracting one task at a time and making it the only visible one to me until I am ready to jump to another task.
