Hey everyone, I’m totally new to micro SaaS indie hacking and I’m working a job where I really need to do resource management. Each person works at their own pace and each person on the same level delivers at different times so I created an algorithm that allows a PM to add an employee, answer some questions about them and repeat this for the rest of their team. The algorithm then asks the PM what traits he values the most and then builds a compatibility matrix based on the employees and what the PM values most. My plan is to build it into something where PMs can create parties of people based on a project need and be able to visually see whether the team he/she put together will be able to deliver, get a long and where the PM’s effort will need to be focussed on. Think there’s scope for this? I have a POC built with python and streamlit and has no backend, no auth etc and I’m using that for now. I wanted thoughts and feedback and if anyone wants to try my shitty streamlit POC. Let me know.

Also, thanks for commenting, Kathe. This makes me have faith in the product hunt community

You mean products around coding and design? Maybe I’m being too silly here but can you give me an example? My mind was thinking of some design and build stack like ship.fast by Marc Lou ?
