Not worth launching in PH, until you got a few hundreds of followers?

Definitely worth launching even if you have no followers. PH allows you to relaunch after 6 months, so a no-frill launch early on, can help you build an audience for a relaunch.
Just do not spend too much time on your first launch, 2 to 5 hours of work should be sufficient: https://fabian-maume.medium.com/...

@fabian_maume Thanks Fabian! read the article as well. We might do some business..
Depends a bit on what stage you are in and what you're trying to achieve with the launch.
Product Hunt can be a great place to find Beta testers for a product, even if you don't make it to the top 5 of a product.
Something to do though, if you're aware that you don't have as much of a reach is maybe reassess which day you want to launch. Friday, Saturday and Sunday tend to have less competition meaning you have higher chances to make it to the main page.
Note that you can relaunch every 6 months, so if you goal of followers will take longer than that you might as well launch now and see how it goes. :)
@nicolaas_spijker The goal is to find early adopters and collect feedback. Because I've been active only for a few days here, I'm trying to figure out if the attractiveness (hopefully) of the product itself, would be enough.
Thanks for the useful remarks!

Well not necessarily, but if you want to have a good launch and be in the top 3 you'll need a few hundred supporters
Nice question. Kindly let me know if you got an answer
