On-chain Docker runtime for smart-contracts

Hi guys, I have an idea of making "Docker" container environment for blockchains due to high amount of different chains and the complexity of writing smart-contracts for them. The idea is not finished, I am thinking how is it possible to reduce such a complexity with smth like Docker Inc already created for different OS. What do you think?
