Recently, OpenAI's Chief Scientist Ilya Sutskever gave an interview to "MIT Technology Review" where he discussed the potential for achieving AGI, outlined OpenAI's future plans for governing "super-intelligent" systems, and stated that "ChatGPT might have consciousness"π€―

That's a controversial statement! Though ChatGPT might mimic human-like responses, equating that to consciousness is a leap. Consciousness is more than just complex computations. It involves emotions, beliefs, desires, and self-awareness. But, it's exciting to see such debates emerging in the tech world.

TBH, humans have become quite adept at using various measures to 'manipulate' the behavior and thoughts of real humans. Are we still concerned about not being able to 'manipulate' a conscious artificial intelligence?
