Just a quick question Ken, how do I know if Cheese's credit score will be considered by banks when I take out a home/car/business loan? Otherwise, maybe you can highlight the pain point of existing solutions. For example, why can't I get a credit card with other promotions baked in instead of Cheese
Tommy Mac
@sneakycocoon I agree. I get the value prop but didn't fully understand why this is the preferred method. I also wasn't able to fully understand the product until I read the entire homepage, which may be too long of an attention span to expect?
Ken Lian
@sneakycocoon thanks for the feedback, very helpful. A lot of our users come to Cheese because they got rejected by personal loan and credit card applications, and Cheese offers the easiest way to automate credit building so they can get a better chance to get a loan or a credit card. The scores that we help build are with all three major credit bureaus, so they are the universal score all banks look at when considering a loan or credit card application. The Cheese credit builder serves as a boost, giving users additional trade to build their credit, which impacts 35% of your credit score. If a user uses credit card+ and the Cheese credit builder, then they will get 2x of data to build their credit, increasing their credit faster than just using a credit card. And we should also add the information that the Cheese credit builder can increase your credit diversity mix, which is another 10% impact on your score. Thanks for the feedback!
Ken Lian
@sneakycocoon @tommymac Yeah, so I think a layout of: -1 Cheese credit builder helps you build payment data, which is a 35% impact on your credit score. -2 Cheese credit builder helps with auto-pay so you never overutilize, which is a 30% impact on your credit score -3 Cheese credit builder stays on your credit file for up to 9 years, which impacts 15% on your credit score -4 Cheese increases your credit diversity mix, which is another 10% impact on your score. -5 Cheese does not do any soft pull and you can begin building credit with no credit or low credit, which makes it very user-friendly. Thanks for finding this missing piece!

@kenlian super on point Ken, this is precisely why I would sign up if I'm in the US. All the best to your launch!

I can't think of anything to improve on, as this website is already aesthetically pleasing. If possible can you add more educational resources about credit building. This could include articles, blog posts, and videos that provide more detailed information about how to build credit and improve your credit score.
Ken Lian
@dsarkar Thanks Debajit, yes, we are working on a user feedback page, an about us page, and a video to explain the product better. haha, it is a long list but we are working on it. Done is better than perfect so we are launching one item at a time.
Ken Lian
@carlos_virreira thanks for the kind words, very encouraging!

Congrats Ken! Website looks awesome, neat and clean, easy to understand. I got the same question on my mind like, why would this be a preferred method for the loans but you already explained it to other guys.
Ken Lian
@vladimir_zivkovic yeah, we will add that info to it.

@kenlian Oh really. We've just launched a website called SaveDay: https://www.save.day/. Can you share your opinion about our website? Thanks a lot in advance
Ken Lian
@tra_dao lol, thanks, my cofounder and product lead is from Art Center, a top 10 design school in the US, very great design!
Ken Lian
@tra_dao This is a cool website, I like the engagement with the video and gif, makes it easy to understand. I think the content of each subtitle could use more work, the hear section's message could use some AB testing, try " Save everything instantly and search easily" run some traffic and see which one works better. You can ask ChatGPT to give you some sample tag lines. I would try to add a user feedback section, showing that users are using it already for different purposes. Maybe add some small things to show the brand awareness, media logo, investor logo if you have any or a five stars image from the app store or user review. I like the FAQ section, very helpful. At the bottom of the website, I think you can add a little definition or mission about Save Day, it is for SEO purpose but also give the brand a bit of flavor. I am not sure why you decide on Save. Day. I get the Save meaning, but what does the Day apply here? It is minor but maybe you can try Save.Note or just saveday.com? I can tell a lot of hours were spent to make the site look great, Congrats!
Tracyyyy Dao
@kenlian Thank you so much for your feedback! We really appreciate your kind words and constructive criticism. We will definitely take your suggestion of AB testing into consideration. As for the name "SaveDay," we wanted to emphasize that our platform is all about saving time, so the "Day" represents time and the importance of making every day count. Thank you again for your helpful feedback and for taking the time to visit our website.

Perhaps you can emphasize the pain point of existing solutions. For example, instead of Cheese, why can't I obtain a credit card with additional promos baked in?
Amy Williams
We assist in the development of credit scores that are reported to all three main credit agencies, making them the universal score that all banks examine when considering a loan or credit card application.
