Perfectionist Loop: How did you break free before Launching?

I rebuilt my entire SaaS product 3 times before launch. Each time thinking 'This tech stack is better but is it creating enough value for the User?' Wasted 8 months. Has anyone else been in this perfectionist loop? How did you break free? 😅

This is a typical developer mindset that focuses on product more than the customers.

Been there too! What helped me was setting a hard deadline, getting real user feedback early, and reminding myself that done is better than perfect. Launch, learn, and iterate based on actual customer needs. Perfectionism is the enemy of progress. Ship it even if it feels scary!
