Hello Makers! As entrepreneurs and creators, we often hear about the importance of being flexible and open to change in order to find success with our projects. But what does it really mean to pivot your project, and how do you know when it's the right move? When we do a significant change in the direction or focus of a project, either changing the target market, product or service offering, business model, or even the overall mission of the company, can be a difficult decision.
