I’ve used Shotcut for adding blur to some parts of my video. It’s free and open-source. While it has some advanced features, I found the UI a bit complex for my needs. It might be more suited if you already have some editing experience. Still, it worked well for what I needed!

The CapCut desktop version has some free options and is also convenient for using
The next one is DaVinci Resolve (this is quite for advanced users).
@busmark_w_nika I agree with Nika! I know Capcut and it is really good and you can use it for free.
Launching soon!
I use CapCut. It's easy to use!
I saw that some people are suggesting CapCut. I think you could also take a look at Clipchamp, which offers basic editing options, transitions and templates. Just a heads-up though, with the free version, they don’t support cloud storage, so you’ll have to stick with the same PC from start to finish :D
I use Filmora, easy..!
OpenShot, Simple interface with drag-and-drop functionality.
Great suggestions! I've used DaVinci Resolve before and love how professional it feels for a free tool. Definitely going to try OpenShot for something more beginner-friendly. Thanks!
I'm using DaVinci.
HitFilm Express it is for those users who want both video editing and VFX.
I am using https://www.veed.io in the browser, they have pretty sick tools there, some of them are better than in CapCut
Shotcut is my favorite.
