Preparing for launch

We are preparing for the launch of a project we have actually pre-sold and am wondering if I can gather some advice. We have developed a project which creates interactive AI-powered e-learning courses and staff training - we have already secured a few clients within a specific niche but am looking for advice on a wider scale launch. The software allows users to upload company data/information and a course is created in a matter of minutes. The same data can be used for staff training modules, interactive email/live chat scenario training amongst other features.
