Both processes and teams are crucial, but ultimately, teams matter most. While processes are essential for efficiency and consistency, it's the people in a team who drive innovation, adapt to change, and make decisions. A skilled and cohesive team can navigate challenges and improve processes, ensuring success and growth in any endeavor.

Both are super important. But it is advisable to start with the process first.

The process is an important part, people, in turn, can come and go, nothing can be done here, but the process always remains.

I believe both are important, and one often informs the other. Building out your process makes it easy to introduce and integrate a team. Building out a team will naturally build out a process along with it. I think neither is more important individually, but they matter the most when they're working together.

Team I would say. You can have the best process but if your team sucks it doesn't matter.
