Like you have personal tasks & notes across Trello, Notion, Coda, Google Docs, etc.?
Or your team collaboration and project management stuff is on Slack, Google, Zoom, Airtable etc.
• Circling in analysis paralysis
• Not delegating non-important tasks
• Multi-tasking
@shahza1bmushtaq I really agree with you. Especially, 'Not delegating non-important tasks'. So I delegate those kind of work to automation tools.
