Public Text Messaging over SMS

The Modify Movement ♿⚙💬 hopes everyone reading this will reply.
Please allow us to explain the kind of communications technology that The Modify Movement is currently trying to access, use, or otherwise get developed.
The Modify Movement has, and currently is, engaged in multiple group texting conversations with various government agencies at all levels of government, like local, state, and federal but the audience that can read those group texting chats is limited to 8 participants because we are using a Google Voice phone number. We want a way to make texting conversations appear publicly online in real time as texting messages are being sent back and forth in a group texting chat so that anyone in the world can read the full transcripts of those group texting chats for themself.
We believe that everyone deserves to be able to see for themself exactly how these governmental agencies are responding, or in many instances not responding at all, to any number of formal requests, like requests for public records. We could give you a list of examples that would shock and awe many people but as just one example of one group texting chat we sent a public records request to The Ohio Civil Rights Commission to provide all of their state owned mobile phone numbers so that anyone could telephonically navigate the Ohio Civil Rights Commission in a text messaging format. That chat also included a state owned phone number for the Ohio Court of Claims, which is the Ohio entity that processes complaints about public records requests when a state agency fails to respond, or adequately respond, to a public records request. In that group texting chat we never received replies from either the Ohio Civil Rights Commission or the Ohio Court of Claims. Even further, in that group texting chat the Ohio Civil Rights Commission wouldn't even confirm receipt of a Fair Housing Discrimination complaint. This is just one example out of a very, very, long list of examples and we want everyone to be able to read these group texting chats online in real time as text messages go back as a first step towards gaining the kind of transparency, access, inclusion and accountability that all of us deserve from our governmental offices.
The Modify Movement has a long, long, way to go and all we want to know at this point, are you willing to help us in this particular text messaging accessibility campaign mission that could eventually let all of us telephonically navigate our government offices via communications in a texting format?
