Quick launch vs. quality: How do you balance?

It's a tradeoff for sure. I try to prioritize core functionality and user experience in the MVP, but also include at least one or two delightful/polished features to help it stand out. Then iterate quickly based on early user feedback. Speed is key but you also need just enough polish that early adopters will stick around.

When it comes to MVP, I walk the fine line between launching quickly like a ninja and ensuring quality like a seasoned sushi chef. It's all about balancing that speed-tempo with just the right amount of polish!
