Making pivots is a necessary skill for startups. Of course, we have done this several times and there will certainly be pivots in the future. No matter how bitter it is sometimes, you need to be prepared for this!

Yes! a few months ago I had a digital agency but deep down I needed a big challenge, something that would get me out of my comfort zone. So I've been working for the past 5 months on a project called Alta, which is an AI writing tool, focusing on a better user interface, affordability and innovation. I'm launching it very soon! From an idea to making it come true! ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ We've pivoted about 5 times this year, alone. mini-pivots, mostly. Looking at honing and being more specific to where our product fits, and for a while, we were a bit frustrated about it, which I shared with my coach (who has also coached many other SaaS startups under the Google Startups banner), and she laughed at me. I've come to realize that most of the top businesses and products whose footsteps we follow in pivot all the time, with most of those pivots failing, but they don't see it as failure, because that's data for them, allowing them to become more intentional and directed, because they understand what will definitely not work.

@chitterz Would love to! As a social media manager, it's been tough for me. I started with this job with no experience, I had to make lots of changes like drafting content, learning new tools that will boost my productivity, and researching. However, no matter how I wanted everything to be smooth out it's still not enough. Instead, I got bad feedback from my client, I almost put my client's social media account at risk because I wanted to be on top of everything. With these experiences, I have learned that every mistake will lead you to good experiences that will teach you good lessons for a lifetime! :) Hope it helps!
