Recommendations when looking for flexible offices?

Hey! I’d like to know what to take into account when looking for a flexible office for my startup. 
Its rental terms should be flexible enough as the team may expand on the next months. Also, it should be budget friendly 🫶🏻
I’ve seen some coworkings but these are too expensive. Any tip on where and how to find a good spot at the right price? 🙏🏻

@mateo_cano No worries, always glad to help. In most cases, flexibility and wheeling and dealing is always open for negotiations and further communications. Also, depends on your location requirements, community, suburb flexibility etc. Unrented office space, not the most profitable! Also, keep in mind, real estate properties up for sale, not selling sometimes require their space and real estate to be used and checked regularly for insurance requirements etc. Keep an eye on Craigslist opportunities etc. Also, FYI, checkout... I found that most (if not all) of the options are from co-working operators. These are quite expensive, don't you think?

Do you know any other option to find spaces from particular owners? Like someone who may have an unused space and wants to make extra money. These are probably cheaper than a traditional co-working

@david_babins agree! there is nothing worse than having these unused spaces. I'll check Craigslist and other property sites :)
Have you ever rented through those pages? If not, why? there may be good opportunities out there 🤩
