Remote or office? If hybrid, what's the breakdown? How has it changed since the pandemic?

Today, we just launched Undesk, a virtual office for max productivity. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/undesk-0-1 And I wanted to ask the community: Do you currently work remotely or in the office? If you are a hybrid, how often do you go to the office? How has it changed after the pandemic? We've been 100% remote since the pandemic and it hasn't changed. But we definitely understand in-person advantages. (And that's why we built this product.) Let me know how you work!

We engage in both remote and in-person collaboration. When it comes to whiteboarding designs, we find it most effective to gather in the same physical space. Being close allows us to discuss problems and designs more efficiently. Additionally, at UnityHub, we've recently rolled out a product aimed at enhancing the productivity of hybrid teams. We're continuously integrating new features based on customer feedback and exploring additional functionalities to address the challenges faced by hybrid teams https://unityhub.io/

100% remote — I’m pretty sure I will never come back to the office again, just not my culture to drink coffee with your colleagues for hours haha. Would prefer focused work at home + spending time with my loved once’s. P.S. congrats on a launch!

@anliamets I agree! I started going remote when I had my first baby. It was the best decision of my life so far!

I've been fully remote since the pandemic started, and honestly, it's been a game-changer in terms of flexibility and work-life balance. Your virtual office concept sounds intriguing, Yamato, especially for teams looking to recreate the in-office vibe digitally!

Remote is my choice, but I also love to see my colleagues once a week in the office. I think the future is remote and employees just go there if it's nearby or they have projects with colleagues in tech.

@yamatokaneko oh yes, totally agree and love these energy at the office days, but definitely wouldn't be the same, if you working there every day

@marvin_maendle 100% agree! By making it remote by default, going to the office suddenly became a super exciting event to see the team, rather than an exhausting commuting event.
