My team all work remotely for all my businesses and it has been an amazing ride. Plus I get to know people from different parts of the world which I really love doing. So I would have to go Remote Team.

Remote team 👍 The biggest issue I often hear about remote teams is that employees can feel disconnected from their company and colleagues, especially when working alone from home. But for this challenge, we've developed the perfect solution! With our Slack App, isolated remote workers can become deeply connected teams once again. Interested? @viola_s @austinarmstrong Remote Team We have been working remotely for the past 11 years. But we still do have frequent meetups and virtual meetings to ensure that we don't feel disconnected. Some of the tools like Slack, neetoCal, and neetoRecord - which we have just made public now have helped us - (https://www.producthunt.com/post...)

Remote, but also hybrid! To give someone enough flexibility and a better work life balance, so for me it doesn't matter if you're in the office or not.

Remote by default, but with an office people go to. This way people can choose what they want.

Choosing between a remote team and an onsite office team depends largely on the nature of the work and the company culture. Both models have their unique advantages, with remote work offering flexibility and a broader talent pool, while onsite encourages immediate collaboration and team bonding.
