My team all work remotely for all my businesses and it has been an amazing ride. Plus I get to know people from different parts of the world which I really love doing. So I would have to go Remote Team.

Fully remote, as creators nowadays can find their space and work effectively from anywhere in the world. We're launching "Cascad3 - A decentralized inspiration-driven publishing platform" on Product Hunt soon. We would appreciate your support and feedback by clicking the "Notify Me" button to stay tuned when Cascad3 hits the stage. Thank you! Best regards, Yami

Remote, but also hybrid! To give someone enough flexibility and a better work life balance, so for me it doesn't matter if you're in the office or not.

On-site because more work gets done and there is usually more productivity and efficiency

Remote by default, but with an office people go to. This way people can choose what they want.

Remote! A study by Stanford University found that remote software developers and other workers are 13% more productive than their onsite counterparts.

Depends on the nature of the work. Mine requires Onsite presence.
