How about a lead magnet other than just the waitlist. Here's a couple ideas:
"The Ultimate Weekend Getaway Packing Checklist"
Offer a downloadable PDF checklist that includes all the essential items to pack for a weekend getaway. This lead magnet provides value to potential customers and positions Govy as a helpful resource for travel preparation.
"Top 10 Hidden Gems: Weekend Destinations Off the Beaten Path"
Create a guide that highlights unique and lesser-known weekend getaway destinations. This lead magnet appeals to travelers seeking new and exciting experiences, showcasing Govy's expertise in curating personalized recommendations.
"Your Weekend Adventure Planner: Discovering the Best Activities and Experiences"
Develop a digital planner that helps travelers plan their weekend adventures. This lead magnet can include interactive features like activity suggestions, itinerary templates, and travel tips to enhance the overall trip planning process.
Or... a community of weekend travellers on FB or Circle or Slack or something...

@drewsalesplaybookbuilder These are great content ideas. To clarify, these would be sent as incentive to sign up for the waitlist or used as a blog post to drive people to sign up?
I'm exploring starting a slack / discord community. Any thoughts on how to get people to join?
@justin_govy you could do both!
for any of these top of funnel ideas, it's important to keep it lean and focused. Maybe this would work:
become aware of Govy (linkedin, PH, etc...) > landing page > lead magnet / waitlist > deliver lead magnet > invite to community
One of the best pieces of advice I got about building a community is that it always starts with 1.
@drewsalesplaybookbuilder Fantastic insight! Really helpful stuff here.
Any thoughts on the product is also major help.
I would add more contrast to the Email Address textfield placeholder. In addition, in some mobile devices the "Join the Waitlist" button and the "We respect your privacy" label overlap.
