It's hard to believe that. It's tough to believe when a business is just starting.
When you're young, you want money as soon as possible. And you try to sell something. Yes, if you think locally, you need the money. But globally, you need business. A business is a complex system that meets the needs of four parties: customers, employees, partners, and owners. And all of these are people.
Business is first and foremost about people. And, in a good way, you should start with the right environment. Select a team and partners and charge them with your idea. From the beginning, you must think about how to hire, adapt, develop, and fire them correctly.
We are a startup preparing to launch an innovative new chatbot platform. There are 35 of us so far, and three of them are HR, who are focused on selecting the right and right people.

This is so true, it's all about people. 👍🏻
This is even true for my freelance Webflow business. Building my client base is all about people. By focusing on helping others, I've been able to build a client base that values my work.
It's easy to want to sale, sale, sale, but our work and our business will grow when we put people first.
