What's wrong with Stripe?

Due to this situation, I'm currently exploring alternative payment gateway options to maintain seamless transactions for our users.

Have you tried frillpay? Its a new payment gateway fully trusted and secure have tried it many times. They provide secure and absolute payment solutions to customers
Once you get to a sufficient size, greater than $100k process per month, you should never rely on one payment gateway. The risk is too high and your ability to negotiate better rates in the future is compromised. I'd recommend you look at a payment orchestration platform that can allow you to dynamically route transactions, own your customer data and payment tokens and free you to use the payment providers of your choice for each transaction. This will significantly increase your accept rate and reduce transaction fees.
