SEO ranking dropped heavily after redesign of website (all links & content stayed the same) help!?

My website indiejobs.de/workation was number two on Google for Keyword Search "Workation Jobs", I re-designed the webpage and now it's not visible anymore... All content and internal links stayed the same. What happend and how can I bring it back up?
