We used to be on Trello but figured out its not really a good platform for teams and has very limited customization ability. So we recently moved to Jira. and its been wonderful for team collabs.
We do use a lot of custom workflows for technical projects and jira does handle that perfectly. so no complaints so far.

@chirag_dodiya can't agree more. I am most comfortable in Jira too, but I'm still looking for alternatives. sometimes Jira's functionality is redundant and complicated where it could be simplified.
Notion because I can build it exactly the way I want.
@captaintime looks like, we have a favorite of the audience🚀
Basecamp. Imo clearer and faster than Jira.
At ElkQR, we use Notion and Airtable as our task management systems. Notion provides us with a versatile platform to organize and track tasks, collaborate with team members, and store important information.
On the other hand, Airtable offers a powerful and intuitive spreadsheet-like interface, allowing us to create custom databases and manage our tasks and projects effectively.
Both Notion and Airtable provide us with the flexibility and functionality we need to stay organized and productive.
@realsubinbabu I like what you described! It looks like a practical symbiosis of the two platforms🚀

Todoist is perfect for me.
I used to bounce around different task management platforms and todo apps until I found todoist.
For me it's the perfect balance of simple, yet effective. I'm able to create templates (for setting up new projects/common tasks), recurring tasks (based on completion date!), and it's got an iPhone widget so I can add tasks quickly.
While it's not perfect it does an excellent job at maintaining my tasks, and tasks that I have for other teammembers.

Asana
@iamsohail I had a little experience with Asana, need to see what other functionality they added. Thanks!
I go between using Notion for more complicated tasks and Trello for task management in the Kanban manner every day. My Google Calendar helps me stay on top of meetings and due dates. Occasionally, while working with bigger teams, I use Asana.
@jackkdavies26 looks like you are a power user to combine applications for management:)
Notion and Apple Notes.
I also write my thoughts on the Bear app.
@thisismeihere thanks, I like bear app too:)
Sometimes we use Gitlab Boards, which are similar to both Trello and Jira but as we are doing software development a lot of the pros are that you may sync it with the code management which we use in Gitlab too: https://about.gitlab.com/handboo...
@serhii_uspenskyi wow, sounds pretty interesting, thanks, I'll definitely look into it!
@zoia_stetsenko you are welcome)

Combination of Notion/Coda to record tasks along with TickTick for timely reminders and time blocking activities
@_aneeshgupta_ Oh my, there's so much I didn't know. I guess it's time to familiarize myself with Notion:)
Life Organizer
@zoia_stetsenko Definitely worth checking out! Works well for a lot of use cases!
Yes, there are a few alternatives out there that you can go through. Among them, Notion and Click Up are the two most possible alternatives!
@ananniamul wow, thanks! I've never used Click Up, I'll be sure to look into it today🚀
