Not a direct answer to your question, but I guess you might find my Website Monitoring Web Apps collection useful: https://www.producthunt.com/@kon...
I've found website uptime monitoring tools to be indispensable for maintaining our online presence, especially during critical product launches. Tools like UptimeRobot and Pingdom offer comprehensive monitoring solutions that have helped us preemptively address downtime issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Previously I tried a tool that launched on product hunt and it was great tool, can't remember its name at the moment :/

I've been using UptimeRobot for a while now, and it's been quite reliable. The free plan offers enough for my needs, but I'm considering upgrading for more advanced features.

For uptime monitoring, I am doing very well with Uptime Kuma. It is open source and self-hostable and allows uptime monitoring on http and heartbit on api rest. It also interfaces well with Slack and sends notifications in case of downtime. I have also set it up on the RecruitPage site, the product I am about to launch here on PH. What alternatives do you propose? :)
