We were building a community-based social network some time ago. After analyzing, we found that onboarding has been a pain for our users and we removed the screen flows nearly by half. And we immediately saw a 30% jump in the complete sign-ups. That was a bit of aha moment for us. :)

Had a eureka moment a few years back while looking through our customer acquisition + retention funnel. I was working on a cloud offering. The retention was abysmal, but had a very healthy top of the funnel. Sourced the list of thousands of churned customers, reached out to every single one, and identified the list of hurdles and blockers. After half a year of improvements, the revenue growth had a 180 and rocket shipped 🚀. I'm a big believer in Data + Grit = product success.
