I have developed this extension which can be super useful for developer or people who research on web quite often. it's in alpha, so bugs can be expected. App url: https://www.superkeys.app Github: https://github.com/nilooy/superkeys Demo: https://youtu.be/azbQhStu7zw

Careful because Firefox already has that functionality included in the browser.

@nilooy 1. Open any web page with a search function 2. right-click on the search field 3. click on "add a keyword for this search…" 4. add letter combinations for that search (ProductHunt search could be 'ph', for example) 5. save To confirm it is working, in a new browser tab write the keyword and the search you want to do (e.g. 'ph find me') Repeat as needed. Your searches will be saved as bookmarks in Firefox, so you can export them and import them in other computers too.

@simplytedel that's awesome. i just tried, it's really useful but i think superkeys can be useful in certain ways and little bit better than the firefox's default one. Specially the context menu and the upcoming automation feature.
